General Contracting

Under the design/bid/build model, the owner commissions the designer who develops the construction plans.  Once complete, MIRC Construction either bids on the project or negotiates a guaranteed fee for the contract.  Once under contract, MIRC Construction performs foundation, concrete, and general trades work in-house, as well as the installation of specialty items.  We then employee and manage subcontractors to perform various specialized work items based upon their expertise and trades employed.
