From contract award through project close-out, MIRC Construction is committed to working as a team leader to facilitate a smooth project delivery.  Through a team approach, we examine the project from a general viewpoint with an understanding that every aspect of the project impacts every other aspect.  We participate in cost estimating with the team members as the project design evolves to ensure that the preconstruction budgets are maintained and adhered to from the bidding phase to construction completion.  We will continually offer creative value-engineering solutions that have proven cost-saving features that meet the project schedules.   We believe this team concept in today’s market is an efficient and effective way of providing the client with the maximum use of construction dollars.
